X Factor Advertising & Recruitment Technologies

Created a new go-to-market strategy and led the Strategic Project re-positioning this Patient Recruitment company as a tech-enabled services company.  The project included creating marketing collateral, a new website and developing a new cloud-based software application in conjunction with a strategic partner.  The expanded strategic relationship resulted in driving incremental revenue in the existing business and positioning ahead of the competition going forward.

Mentor Graphics

Developed a go-to-market strategy and associated sales tools for a newly acquired multi-million dollar hardware verification solution in the Computer-Aided Engineering market.  Increased sales in both Europe and Asia while improving profit margins.  Deployed an ROI tool that ensured profitability on major account sales in multiple countries.

Welch-Allyn

Led Strategic Project in the creation of a new consulting service, associated tools, and sales training that provided a customer-specific ROI based on optimal hospital resource deployment for a Flexible Patient Monitoring System.  This service equipped the sales organization to differentiate themselves against larger competitors and drove new and larger major account sales.
